What time are you open?

We are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm -- Yes, we are closed on the weekends

Do you work on American cars too?

Our skilled technicians work on vehicles of all makes and models. Visit our About Us page to learn more about the cars that we work on.

If I bring my own parts in, can you still work on my car?

No, we buy all original parts. We believe that buying quality, even if it is a little extra, will take you a longer ways. Why buy twice? This is why you are provided with a ( 2 year / 24,000 mile warranty ).

What is your hourly rate?

Our hourly rate is $150 an hour.

Do I have to make an appointment, or can I just stop in?

It is better for us if you make an appointment. We are normally really flexible and can work with your times. Dropping by sometimes backlogs us and sets the mechanic’s current work further back. But if you don’t need your car back anytime soon, then you are more than welcome to bring it by. To make an appointment, visit our Appointment page.

How long will it take for my car to be repaired or serviced?

It depends on the work being done. If you let us know when you need to car back, we can work something out.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, money orders and cash.

What if I want to drop my car off during your closed hours?

On our door, there is a “drop box.” There are envelopes available for you to enter your personal information (Name, Address, Phone Numbers, Year/Make of Vehicle) and a place to enter your requested service. After that, you place your keys in the envelope and slip the envelope into our mail slot. We will call you the next day when we have looked over the car.

How do I get back to home or work when I drop off my car?

We have many different options for you. BART is about a 10 minute walking distance away, or if someone is available in the shop, they can drive you down there. Also if someone is available and you live nearby, someone can give you a ride home. We would also be happy to call a cab for you or a rent-a-car service to pick you up.

Do you keep the parts you removed?

Yes. We keep the parts we removed so we can show you, the customer, when you come to pick up your car. You are more than welcome to take them home too (unless it is a core [starter, alternator, transmission …] which we have to return to the place where we bought the new or rebuilt part).

Can you recommend other places that don’t perform your line of automotive work (towing, stereo systems, body shops…)?

Of course. We work with many automotive shops in the Bay Area. We have a big selection of towing companies that we recommend.
